What upload / download costs are applied for accessing my data?

Simplified pricing was one of our key objectives in founding LightBridge. Pricing is based solely on average daily volume of storage.

Is Customer Support included in the pricing?

For our customers, access to live customer service is provided 24 × 7.

Can I change our storage amount or upgrade at anytime?

LightBridge does not require notification for increasing the storage amount within the system. Simply upload the files and pricing will be adjusted.
